Liberty Crossing in Frisco by K Hovnanian Homes (KHOV) nearing Grand Opening!

The time is almost here for K Hovnanian Homes at Liberty Crossing in Frisco to start their pre-sales! The street are in and their sign went up yesterday.

Liberty Crossing will be a smaller development with only 94 homesites on the current conceptual plat. There will be a pool and park at the front of the development. Standard Lot sizes will be 65 feet wide by 120 feet deep.

But here is why Liberty Crossing really matters!

Above is one of these reasons. There are about 10 lots that are so unique, it will most likely be a first for any new development in DFW but for sure Frisco. The lot above is one of only 3 lots on Bunker Hill Court! Around these lots there is a beautiful winding creek! Are you kidding me?!?

The other lots have other unique features as well such as being oversized, backing to the large mature trees or opening your door to the almost forest in your front yard. Yes some communities are able to save some trees but nothing like this!

This weekend we took a tour through Richwoods and Lawler Parks new elementary school for residents called McSpedden Elementary. I was SHOCKED at what we saw! Take a look!

The exterior was done very well like many other Frisco ISD schools with the Texas Brick and Stone with accents of cast stone and a metal roof.

Then open the front door and SHA-BANG . . . The orange, green, grey and blue creates some serious excitement!

And it doesn’t stop there, the hallways, classrooms, cafeteria and even the gym is FULL of color! It’s really neat looking!

The library is front and center after you exit the hallway.

The Coop at Frisco Square in Frisco Review

This weekend I ventured out with my son to “The Coop” at Frisco Square in Frisco. And I was very surprised!

To sum up The Coop, I would have to say it is an amazing place for either an outing with the kiddos or the ULTIMATE location for a child’s birthday party.

We were there for free time play and here’s what that consists of. $10 per child for as long as you want! It’s around a 4,000 square foot space with more than 2,000 square feet for kiddos to make new friends or just run around in a safe environment.

There’s a HUGE ballpit with a climbing structure and slide, a bounce house, a dance floor, smaller cars to ride around and most importantly, a smaller toddler area. Smart for multiple aged kiddos.

For Private Birthday parties, there is a large table, shelf for presents and tucked away is a “Man Cave” so dads can step out and take a look at any sports score during the party! Brilliant.

K Hovnanian Homes at Richwoods in Frisco released Phase 17 for Contracts this weekend! This will open up two streets named Five Bar Drive and Avanti Drive.

There has been 11 Lot Holds already and back up holds on some of those lots. A lot of anticipation for this new section.

And with the new lots, come a new price. Prices rose $5,000 on base price and some of the deeper lots have additional lot premiums up to $15,000. Which I feel is very fair considering the depth of the lot ranging up to 130!

These K Hovnanian lots have not been released by the city yet, so the delivery is up in the air. But my best guess would be a completion in May or June.
